After a combined 31 years in the service industry, we are excited to share our creation in downtown Hutchinson. Blake, a native of Austin, Texas, and Tiffany, born and raised in Hutchinson, are proud to be a part of the growing community. With immense support from our families and friends we look forward to hosting you at Zellas, and we hope this is your place where memories are created and shared.

At Zellas, the integrity of our cuisine stems from the origin of our ingredients. We consider the quality of our food seriously and strive to offer the very best to our guests through our commitment to local and organic ingredients whenever possible. We have designed a chef-driven menu adaptable to seasonal changes and offer eclectic, local fare in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
